Hi there!

I'm Nicole Concepción, owner of Wax Magic. 

I started making candles in 2023 and since then have honed in on what kind of candles I want to make for people: distinctive, high-vibe, luxuriously magical candles that can be enjoyed with intention, while also providing a unique and reusable container after the final burn.

Materials

I source all of the vessels myself, usually from estate sales. All vessels have been tested for integrity. The crystals are sourced from reputable mining operations in the USA and abroad. The botanicals are from my garden. 

Currently I have 4 custom scents: Earth, Air, Fire, and Water. One of my favorite things about making candles is creating the scents, so I will definitely be introducing new ones in the near future (think seasonally: spring, summer, fall, and winter scents). That said, the 4 main scents will always be available.

I am constantly experimenting with different types of candle containers and design methods: for example, I have recently begun using silicone molds and natural dyes to create candles that look like animals, statues, buildings, plants, body parts, etc. I am also starting to create small tabletop altars using resin with embedded crystals and other curios, so if you're interested in that, please let me know!

Customization

Each candle is hand-made, one at a time, and no two candles are the same. I currently have no plan to launch into e-commerce; my wish is to foster a strong working relationship with a select handful of local store owners and their customers so I can eventually tailor batches of candles to each store's unique needs. For example, if you find your customers wanting a candle to usher in abundance, or perhaps to promote creativity or ancestral connection, I can happily create small batches with corresponding crystals and botanicals to match those needs.
